Introductory Sessions - General
Purchase an introductory session pack to Rise Athletics.

This includes a one hour Movement Session and a one hour Lifestyle Session with one of our coaches. Once completed you will also receive a T-Shirt, Shaker Bottle and Sweat Towel to help you get started.

The Movement Session covers the foundational knowledge needed to start taking control of your health and fitness journey inside the gym. We cover basics of warming up, stretching, foam rolling before diving into the 6 foundational movement patterns. Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull and Carry.

The Lifestyle Session covers all the other areas of life that have a big impact on your health and fitness outside the gym. Nutrition, Sleep, Stress, Recovery to name a few. We see so many people crush it in the gym only to let themselves down because they don't know what to do outside the gym.
